Determining the vinegar acid levels are usually acid-base
titration using indicators pp (phenolphthalein). Acid-base titration is a
method of application of the levels of a substance (acid or base) by acid-base
reaction. Determine the levels of acetic acid can be used with natural
indicators that such indicators purple cabbage leaves, leaf rhoeo discolor,
wooden cup. Natural indicators can be made from the colored part of the plant,
such as flower petals shoes, purple cabbage leaves, spinach leaves, red, wooden
cup, and turmeric. Actually, almost all plants can be used as an indicator
color but sometimes the color change is not clear. Based on the results of a
third study concluded that natural indicators, each indicator purple cabbage
leaves, leaf rhoeo discolor, precise and meticulous wooden cup used in the
determination of the levels of acetic acid. There is no difference in the
levels of acetic acid measurement result of acid-base titration using three
indicators of natural indicators pp.
